Bio
Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to attend North Carolina State University.
I graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Electrical Engineering in the Spring of 2026. I am now pursuing a masters in both electrical
and nuclear engineering.
My passions lie in the energy industry as a whole—not only the technologies that power it, but also the economics and policies that shape it.
My deepest ambition is to aid in the development and widescale deployment of advanced nuclear reactors.
My undergraduate background and work experiences helped me build a strong foundation in power systems and the utility industry. In graduate school, I am
focusing on power electronics and reactor design. I strongly believe that power electronics are a critical enabling technology for nuclear
power both in grid integration and in the myriad of industrial, defense, and space applications it is ideal for.
I thrive in hands-on, project-based environments, and I hope to cultivate a career in the applied R&D space.
Outside of academics I enjoy competing in powerlifting, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends.
